Hypnotherapy Job Description

Clients enter upon the therapeutic endeavour already equipped with the tools needed to resolve their issues.

Our job as hypnotherapists, is first to define and clarify the true problem as opposed to the client’s perception of what the problem is. Next, we assist the client in finding within, the needed tool set. Finally the full instruction set for using those tools in such manner that the problem is definitively resolved is presented.

One thing some of us as hypnotherapists tend to forget, is the importance of both maintenance-type post hypnotic suggestions, and followup at three, six, twelve, and 24 month periods after client discharge.

This last will ensure the continuance of the problem-free future the therapy has set up. Adjustments can be made as necessary if the client has need of same.
